Ten Hanover Quay, Dublin 2 is an exciting and unique office developments in Dublin’s Docklands. Ten Hanover Quay is a unique waterside warehouse HQ which has been tastefully restored, modernised and extended in part to rise four stories above the existing warehouse building. The stone, circular rosette windows and timber arched doorways of the triple-gable-fronted, nine-bay warehouse has been carefully retained and restored.
The building offers seven highly efficient and flexible floor plates.
A complete Building Management System controls all primary mechanical plant and environmental systems on each floor. The system is an open network to allow interfaces with other systems.
M&E elements of the development include energy-efficient LED lighting throughout with automatic daylight lighting control c/w combined PIR detection, space heating provided by high efficiency condensing gas boilers, four Pipe Fan Coil units with waterside controls, variable speed low-energy pumps on all circuits. Space cooling is provided by high efficiency water-cooled chillers at basement level and dry air coolers at roof level. These serve 4 pipe FCU with waterside control, EC motors and variable speed low energy pumping. Ventilation is provided by heat recovery AHU. These are a mixture of main AHU located at roof level and HRU on the 1st floor.
The building achieved the LEED Platinum and WELL Core Gold rating.
The HQ building is adjacent to riverfront promenades, parkland landscaping, triple lock gates, active public square (Three Locks Square), restaurants and a wide variety of retail and food & beverage options.
