RBC Investor & Treasury Services are a banking & investment company, relocating from their existing Dublin office to the Georges Quay Plaza office. The Dublin office consists of shareholder management, trustees, finance, legal, sales & client services.

Axiseng were contracted to design the fit-out of the 4th floor of an existing 8-storey building. The floor was approximately 1,500m2 spread over 2 separate wings, connected by a central core containing the vertical transport & main access.

Axiseng provided the design of the mechanical HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, general power, containment, fire detection services. The design consisted of a 4-pipe fan coil system tying into the existing landlord services with swirl diffusers for heating and cooling.

The desks were required to be sit/stand with electric interchange, all cabling to the desk had to be compatible with the motion of the desks.

IT & data design were designed and procured by the client. In order to meet their requirements for fit-out the M&E services within the comms room were on the critical path and accelerated for early handover.
