Green Property Ventures is a property development and investment company operating in the core commercial sectors of retail, industrial and office properties in Ireland and the UK.
This development on Harcourt Road involved the demolition of the pre-existing eight-storey office building and the construction of a new part seven-storey and part eight-storey office building over one level of basement, consisting of parking and ancillary facilities.
Included in the major project was the provision of parking spaces for 15 cars, 64 bicycles and one motorcycle at basement level.
The building also included an ESB room at ground floor level, plant areas, plant enclosures on the seventh-floor level, all associated site development works, hard landscaping and all other ancillary works.
The building features a setback sixth- and seventh-floor, with terrace areas at these levels. The ground floor reception area is setback from Harcourt Road to provide a public space at the entrance. Vehicular access to the basement car park is via Harcourt Lane.
Axiseng, working on behalf of Green Property Ventures, led the mechanical and electrical plans for the major project.
The new building revitalised the street adding a welcome modernity to the busy location, and provided comfortable, high-spec office space for local and international businesses looking to expand into the Irish and European markets.
The building achieved a LEED Gold Rating.
