Greystones Media Campus

Greystones Media Campus (GMC), consists of 36,000m² of studio spaces and 34,000 m² of office space/ production facilities. The park has provision for over 600 car parking spaces and electric vehicle charging. The park is located approximately 30km south of Dublin, directly off the N1. The overall project includes development of site infrastructure, studio spaces, associated studio office buildings and production buildings.

The studio spaces power, heating and ventilation services were designed to provide the end-user with maximum flexibility in relation to increasing or decreasing levels of temporary services supplies.

The site infrastructure was designed to incorporate the transportation requirements of large temporary plant units.

We are responsible for all aspects of the mechanical and electrical services design as part of the master-planning for this large-scale development.

Significant site master-planning and feasibility studies were required from the outset in order to secure the provision of public utilities such as natural gas, electricity supply, site lighting, telecoms and water.
