Our services design was extended to full Cat A fit-out on all floors of the building as well as shell and core installations for the purposes of tender.
The basis of design for ‘grey box’ installations was to facilitate certification under BCAR and to avoid the need for future tenants to seek certification under BCAR for fit-out works.
The mechanical and electrical installations included the application of highly efficient technologies such as air-cooled chillers, condensing boilers, LED lighting and variable speed fans and pumps.
