Axiseng were commissioned by the client to complete the mechanical and electrical design to the highest standards and meet all current regulations. We were also contracted to complete the final BER for the Shell and Core.

During the construction phase of the project Axiseng were contracted to design the revised fit-out of the Ground Floor marketing suite and café.

The building achieved the NZEB performance specification and Building Energy Rating of A3.

Occupiers can benefit from excellent end-of-trip facilities for their staff including separate bicycle entrance with dedicated bicycle lift, secure bicycle parking, showers and changing facilities.

Mechanical services in the building included air-conditioned workspaces, café and reception using low energy VRF fan coil units situated underneath the ceiling slab (exposed ground floor workspace). The high efficiency Monobloc air-to-water heat pumps provide both LTHW heating to circulation, back of building and washroom area and domestic hot water requirements to the washrooms. Future tenant plant space allowance was provided at roof level for tenant plant.
